How to know if Application for Mac or Win?

All Mac Apps have "for Mac" in title. If no "for Mac", this means App is for Windows only.

Note: All Lynda.com tutorials works on Win and Mac too.

I can't find App i need, can i send request?

Yes, you can send request from Search page.
You will get reply in 12-72h.

How to check if my Windows system is 32-bit or 64-bit (x86 or x64) ?

1. Click Start, type system in the “Start Search” box, and then click “System Information” in the “Programs” list.
2. In “System Information”, review the value for the System Type item:

* For 32-bit editions of Windows, the value of the System Type item is x86-based PC.
* For 64-bit editions of Windows, the value of the System Type item is x64-based PC.

I ordered wrong product!

If you order wrong product and still not paid for Invoice, just
ignore it and make new order.
